Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it hasn’t been shipped or produced yet. Once the product is already on its way, cancellation is no longer possible.
Requesting a Return
You have 14 days after receiving the product to submit a return request. Just make sure you don’t send the item back to the manufacturer.
Preparing Your Package
When sending something back, the item needs to meet a few conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It should be in the original packaging.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping and Fees
You’ll only be charged for shipping once at most—this covers returns as well. There’s no restocking fee on any returned product.
Receiving Your Refund
After your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to inspect it, we’ll send you an email to confirm we got it. We’ll also let you know whether the refund is approved. Once approved, the refund is processed within 7 days, and the credit goes back to your original payment method automatically.
If Your Refund Is Delayed
If you don’t see the refund yet, here’s what to do:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it can take a while before the refund officially posts.
- Then, reach out to your bank. They often have their own processing time before the refund appears.
